YULIA ARKHANGELSKAYA
Yulia is the Office Manager and the PA to the CEO. She is responsible for affective administrative work & communication flow across the management board, manages organization of meetings & conferences as well as company’s events and presentations plus administers the company’s recruiting process and other administrative activities.
Yulia brings over 15 years of experience in top international companies such as Qatar Airways, Fitch Ratings, Baker McKenzie, BCG, with the focus on employee Performance & Development and Administration Management.

CINZIA ARNABOLDI
Cinzia is the Finance Manager at Planven Entrepreneur Ventures where she is in charge of accounting and compliance.
Cinzia has been the CFO at Planven Investments, where she was responsible for compliance, for the preparation of monthly client reports and the accounting of the company.
Before Planven Cinzia worked for several years as an accounting specialist at Guess, and American clothing brand and retailer with over 2.4bn USD revenues.
Cinzia started her career as auditor at Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

CHRISTOF BAUMGÄRTNER
Chief Revenue Officer at MobileIron from 2010 to 2021.
Prior to MobileIron, Christof ran product management, presales and customer success as VP Products at ubitexx, a mobile device management vendor that was acquired by Blackberry.
He was Head of Sales Engineering at Nokia for Central/Southern Europe.
He also held roles at Intellisync, a leader in wireless messaging and MDM that was acquired by Nokia; Altexia, a computer software company that was acquired by Good Technology; GTEN, a company in the telecommunication security space.
He started his career as one of the first employees of Netscape Communications in Germany before co-founding a company in the web conferencing space in 1998 and serving as its CTO.
He has a MS in Computer Science from the University of Kaiserslautern.

Rosario is Chairman of the Board of Directors.
He has been at the helm of over 15 different companies.
Currently he is the Executive Deputy Chairman at Clessidra SGR, the leading manager of Private Equity funds dedicated to the Italian market for a total of approximately €2.5 billion of capital commitments.
He is Vice President of Pierrel, full service global provider for life science, biopharma and pharmaceutical industries.
He is a Member of the Board of Humanitas Group, one of the major hospital, research and university center in Italy. He founded and was CEO of the group.
He was the Founder of Banca ITB.
He held managerial roles at Techint, Sorin, Lottomatica, GTECH, Iveco, Magneti Marelli, Fiat and Fidis.

Giovanni holds extensive international experience in Investment Banking as a former executive at Merrill Lynch in Milan, Crédit Agricole in Paris, UBS Investment Banking in London and Milan.
CEO of a visionary investor’s family office and former Interim CEO of a $500m-sales-global-manufacturing business based in Germany, active in the plastic sector controlled by Goldman Sachs SSG, EBF private equity and M&C.
Led the restructuring of M&C, a listed company in Milan stock exchange, by selling its assets and repaying the entire bank financing.
Former Professor at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, having taught mathematics and game theory.
Twice IronMan triathlete.

ALESSIO FIGALLI
Alessio is Member of the Strategic Council at Planven Entrepreneur Ventures.
Chaired Professor at ETH Zurich.
In 2018 Alessio won the Fields Medal (the Nobel Prize equivalent for mathematics), "for his contributions to the theory of optimal transport, and its application to partial differential equations, metric geometry, and probability“.
In 2009 moved to the University of Texas at Austin as Associate Professor, becoming Full Professor in 2011, and R. L. Moore Chair holder in 2013.
In 2007 appointed Chargé de recherche at the French National Centre for Scientific Research, in 2008 he went to the École polytechnique as Professeur Hadamard.
Master’s degree from the Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa in 2006, and earned his doctorate in 2007 under the supervision of Luigi Ambrosio and Cédric Villani.
Alessio is a mathematician working primarily on calculus of variations and partial differential equations.

OHAD FINKELSTEIN
Ohad is Advisor to the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Strategic Council at Planven Entrepreneur Ventures.
Ohad has an extensive background in the retail, finance, technology, cyber and telecom industries as well as in developing new companies, markets, and products globally.
In 2011, Ohad co-founded Marker-LLC with offices in Israel and the US, specializing in multi geography, multi stage, and multi segmentation investments with c. 50 portfolio companies under management (merged with Innovation Endeavors in 2017). Subsequently, Ohad founded Danli Capital which is providing advisory services to CEOs of some of the world largest corporations (incl. Walmart, Coca Cola, Sun Pharma, Eros International) on macro strategies, technology and innovation.
Prior to Marker-LLC, Ohad lead the international investment at Venrock from 2005-2011.
His last executive position was as Chairman, President, and CEO of the pan-European Interoute Group based out of London, UK where he over saw the building of the largest fiber optic network in Europe to-date and raised over 2 billion USD.
This added to his previous experience as Senior Vice President International Sales and Vice President Global Operations for VocalTec Communications Ltd (IPO’d on Nasdaq). Ohad has also held management positions at companies including Packard Bell Electronics in CA, U.S.

DROR GINZBERG
Dror is General Partner at Planven Entrepreneur Ventures.
Dror is Founder & CEO of Wochit, an enterprise-grade solution for video creation in the cloud used by hundreds of the world’s leading brands, media organizations, non-profits and marketplaces. Dror founded the company and grew it into a multimillion ARR business.
Prior to Wochit, Dror was co-founder, GM and CTO of PicApp, a publisher platform for monetization of imagery content. The company was acquired by Ybrant Digital.
Dror also served as GM and VP of Engineering at Phoenix Technologies (BeInSync, acquired by Phoenix) creating one of the first ever cloud backup solutions.
At Comverse Technologies, the leader in telecommunications software, known for its dominance in the global voicemail market, Dror served as Chief Architect and Chief Programmer.
Dror also served as CTO for Emblaze and held various positions at VDOnet. In both, he pioneered Video Over IP for both streaming and video conferencing.
Dror is a MAMRAM Alumni, the IDF’s elite computer science unit where he served for 6 years.
Dror is a drummer and regularly on stage with The Day Job Keepers.

Marc is a General Partner at Planven Entrepreneur Ventures, in charge of all investment activities (deal flow, due diligence, investment proposals) and value creation opportunities for portfolio companies.
Previously, he was an Investment Manager at Philip Morris Equity Partner (PMEP), a $150M investment fund investing globally in early and growth stage companies in Life Sciences, Consumer and Industrial Technology. During this period, Marc held post-investment positions as observer and director on portfolio companies.
Prior to PMEP, Marc was an integral part of the global Corporate M&A and Strategy Group of Philip Morris International (NYSE:PM). Marc started his career at UBS in the M&A department in Zurich.

SILVIA HANALDY
Silvia is the Administrative Assistant at Planven Entrepreneur Ventures where she oversees the financial activities of the business.
Previously Silvia worked for several years as Group Reporting Controller in Jab Luxury Gmbh, a company which held investments in fashion retail as Jimmy Choo, Bally and Belstaff, before that Silvia worked for many years as reporting supervisor at Guess.
Silvia started her career at Ernst & Young, where she worked as auditor in industrial sector.

OREN HOGERY
Oren is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Via, a high-growth public transport, logistics, and Transit Tech company operating globally. Since joining Via in 2019, Oren has been closely working with Planven, who is an investor in the company, supporting on sourcing, investment valuation, and due diligence.
Oren has 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including previous positions such as Security Engineer Lead at HM Revenue & Customs, Head of Infrastructure & AppSec services at KPMG, and Application Security Team Leader at Comsec.
Oren is a Founding Member of Kmehin Ventures, a pre-seed investment club of Israeli CISOs investing in cybersecurity startups.
He is a Mamram Alumni, IDF’s elite computer science unit, and holds a degree in Law from Tel Aviv University.

MIHIR KOTECHA
Mihir is Member of the Investment Committee at Planven Entrepreneur Ventures.
He is the CEO of the THI Investments Family Office.
Mihir was formerly CEO of Getrag, the Tier I German automotive supplier.
He has a long-term track record in establishing, building and operating businesses on a global basis over 3 decades. Prior to joining Getrag Mihir held commercial and finance positions in automotive, IT and other industries.
Mihir held multiple general management positions in Getrag since 2004. He developed Getrag’s business in Europe, China and North America through greenfield investments and new JV’s. As CEO from 2009 he restructured the company after the 2008 financial crisis, doubling global turnover by 2016. Between 2012 and 2016 he drove M&A processes which resulted in divestitures in excess of €2 billion and the foundation of THI Investments.
A finance professional by training, Mihir has held an MBA (Cranfield) since 1995.

ARIANNA LUNA
Arianna is the Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at Planven Entrepreneur Ventures, in charge of managing relationships with existing and new investors, leading the fundraising activities and fostering strategic partnerships that contribute to drive the business growth.
Previously, Arianna was an entrepreneur in the digital assets space, first as the CEO of a blockchain advisory company and thereafter as the COO & Head of IR of a digital asset investment fund, operating at the very centre of a highly innovative and fast-moving sector. She also advised a large UK asset manager on the management and ramp-up of a newly launched digital fund and collaborated with an early-stage digital assets custody company.
Prior to this, Arianna spent more than a decade in top tier investment banks in London, including Morgan Stanley, Nomura and MUFG, where she advised sophisticated clients on highly strategic transactions across EMEA.
Arianna holds a MSc in Management and Industrial Engineering cum laude from both Politecnico di Milano and Torino.

AMIR OFEK
Amir is CEO of AxoniusX, an innovation business unit of Axonius, which provides comprehensive asset inventory to discover security gaps, automatically validating and enforcing security policies.
Amir serves today as a Board Advisor member for a few startups including Build Security and ZecOps.
Amir was the CEO of Alcide, Cloud/DevOps cybersecurity company providing end-to-end Kubernetes security platform, and grew it over 300% in ARR, establishing new GTM, S&M and product offering (the company was acquired by Rapid7).
Before Alcide, Amir was CEO of CyberInt, a cybersecurity company providing managed detection and response, where Amir was able to achieve 3 years on consecutive 100% growth, expanding the team from 20 to over 100 people globally.
Amir also held various roles within Amdocs, established Amdocs strategic relationship with the SingTel Group and established the SingTel-Amdocs Innovation and Development center in Israel.
Amir was also a Board member of Gilat Satellite Networks.
He received his MBA from INSEAD and has BSc in Industrial Engineer and Management from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology

ELISABETTA VESCONI
Elisabetta is an Investment Manager at Planven, responsible for dealflow generation, due diligence processes, investment proposals, monitoring of portfolio companies and relationship with the AIFM. She also carries out multiple Business Development activities to strengthen the firm’s network, brand and capabilities.
Before Planven, Elisabetta was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company. During this period she worked on multiple projects, mostly in Retail, Digital and A&D, including the set-up of a Joint Venture, due diligences and value creation plans, growth strategy and business plan definition, working with executives at multinational firms.
Elisabetta holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi with the exchange at London Business School and a Master Degree in Theoretical Physics from the University of Pavia, with her research master thesis at École Normale Supérieure and previous research internship at Harvard Medical School.
Former rugby player and black belt of karate, she loves hiking, climbing, acrobatics and dances salsa and bachata.

ANTONIO ZIVOLIC
Antonio is an Investment Associate at Planven Entrepreneur Ventures, in charge of due diligence processes, drafting investment proposals, supporting business development activities, dealflow generation and monitoring and support of portfolio companies.
Before Planven, Antonio was heading international Business Development & Sales at a Swiss B2B enterprise drone technology scale-up Wingtra, from starting as a university spin-off to gaining commercial traction and raising a total of $50M+ and employing 200ppl.
Antonio started his career as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Switzerland, where he worked on private equity CDD projects, go-to-market, growth and operational improvement projects across Europe and the Middle East.
Antonio's holds a BSc in Aerospace Eng. with a minor in business & finance from TU Delft and a MSc in Mechanical Eng. from ETH Zürich. He's Passionate about disruptive product-led B2B Enterprise companies, kitesurfing and all forms of cycling.

ERAN WESTMAN
Eran Westman is a Managing Partner at Planven, responsible for strategic direction, deal flow, investment activities and value creation for portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Planven, Eran was a General Partner at Viola Growth, where his responsibilities included leading investments and fundraising. He co-headed the Viola Group Platform and held board positions at multiple investments such as Applicaster, Bringg, Juganu, Bizzabo, Trigo, SimilarWeb, CyberInt and Mdclone.
His extensive operational experience includes serving as the CEO & President of Vidyo, where he transformed the company’s business models to SaaS. He also led Vidyo’s financial services business and expanded the company’s focus on healthcare, doubling revenues.
He served as EVP of Global Business, President of Asia Pacific and VP of EMEA at Ceragon Networks, having joined as one of the first 15 FTEs and built a global organization, with over $450M in revenue.
Eran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Bar Ilan University, Israel.

KEVIN PINTER
Kevin is an Investment Associate at Planven, supporting in dealflow generation, due diligence processes, drafting of investment proposals, and monitoring and support of portfolio companies.
Previously, Kevin was an Analyst at Rothschild & Co, covering the Swiss market. During this period, he worked on projects across various industries and financial products, including capital raises, take privates and M&A.
Kevin holds a Master's degree from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Zurich.

ENRICO CIGNONI
Enrico is a Visiting Analyst at Planven, supporting investor relations activities, deal flow generation, and due diligence.
Before Planven, Enrico had strategy consulting experience at OMMAX in Munich, focusing on commercial due diligence projects for private investors. Additionally, he worked in Antwerp on buy-and-build private equity projects targeting companies across the Benelux and Italy.
Enrico's academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree from KU Leuven and a dual Master’s degree cum laude from HEC Paris and Bocconi University, specializing in international business and finance. Having lived and studied in Belgium, France, Germany, and Italy, Enrico brings an international perspective to his role.
Enrico is passionate about the tech start-up ecosystem, basketball, and cinema.

LEILA CANETTA ROEDER
Leila Canetta Roeder serves as General Counsel & Chief Risk Officer, where she oversees legal and regulatory matters and compliance. Her role includes identification and monitoring of significant risks and establishment of frameworks and controls to mitigate and manage such risks.
Prior to Planven, Leila was an Executive Vice President and Group General Counsel of Corporate & Investment Bank of UniCredit Group in Italy, where she was also a member of the Group Legal Executive Committee and the CIB Executive Committee.
Previously, Leila was an Equity Partner, Practice Group Head at White & Case LLP and Head of the Finance Practice in Germany.
Leila graduated with a diploma in business/managerial economics and qualification in Law from Saarland University and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.

ELLE TAITOU SPRUCH
Elle Taitou Spruch, Senior Associate at Planven, leverages a powerful network and expertise in the Israeli VC ecosystem.
Before joining Planven, Elle was an Investor at Hanaco Ventures, NYC-TLV venture capital firm. She contributed significantly to Hanaco's investment strategy and developed a robust deal-flow based on her relationships. Elle worked closely with entrepreneurs in sectors such as cyber, fintech, health, climate tech, and deep tech, actively supporting the growth and success of the fund’s portfolio companies.
Previously, Elle was part of the founding team at Minkovsky-Media, a strategic communication agency. She advised a diverse portfolio of tech companies, guiding them through major milestones, including IPOs, capital raises, and M&As.
Elle started her career at the IDF where she served as an officer at the Spokesperson’s Unit. She was managing media relations during significant national events. In this role, she worked closely with the Chief of Staff, Minister of Defense, and the Prime Minister's Bureau, gaining invaluable experience in high-level strategic decisions process.
Outside of work, Elle enjoys French philosophy, cinema and quality time with her family. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and journalism from Tel Aviv University and Sciences Po, Paris.
